village shops, post office and village hall. While at the
very north west corner of the loch itself is the Lochearnhead
Watersports Centre, which offers a licenced café as well
as it’s outdoor water-related attractions. There is also a
free bus service provided for pupils travelling to the nearby
Strathyre Primary School.
Lochearnhead is easily accessed from the south and
north by the A84/A85 trunk road from Stirling to Oban and
the North. The A85 also provides an easy route to the
villages of St Fillans and Comrie, with Crieff and Perth
beyond. Travelling time to Stirling is around 40 minutes
with Glasgow and Edinburgh approximately 70 minutes.
Enjoy the best of both worlds, Scotland’s busiest cities are
commutable from the rural tranquility of Lochearnhead
Grove.
The village is situated in the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs
National Park which is for everyone to explore and enjoy
with an abundance of outdoor activities available such as
low level and hill walking, cycling, boating, golf, wildlife
watching and for the more adventurous, canoeing, kayaking,
windsurfing and mountain biking. Throughout the year a
wide variety of events also take place in the Park.
Whatever the weather, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs
National Park offers beautiful surroundings.
